The breathtaking views from everywhere in the house and patios are directly out to the ocean - whales jumping and splashing, (from November through April), over a peaceful arroyo with wildlife everywhere - tons of different types of birds, rabbits, foxes, you name it. This house rents for $300.00 per night plus $90.00 maid fee and 14% tax. There are discounts available for multiple nights and certain times of the year.
