Only a portion of the property will be used for housing, leaving ample space for a variety of outdoor activities including an organic vegetable garden, water features (fountains, swimming / lap pool, warm water exercise pool, and hot tub), protected outdoor spaces for yoga and other exercise, a children’s play area, and quiet areas for contemplation and for enjoying the climate and sounds of Baja. The buildings are located on pedestrian walkways, with parking moved to the edge of the development. OlaBrisa will have a community center with a restaurant and, facilities for small (30-40 person) workshops, seminars and classes.
